For the 2021 edition of the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships an expert panel of juries carried out a blind tasting with over 1000 references. Amongst them, a clear winner: the Dom Ruinart Rosé 2004 Magnum, which encapsulates a balance one would believe to be impossible: a classic, yet velvety style of Champagne. Intense, delicate and aromatic, all at once.  Composed of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine, it has the character of a “blanc de blancs rosé.”

This incredible cuvée wins the approval of all who experience it and that includes the judges of champagne & Sparkling wine world competition that crowned this magnum format wine the best champagne in the world. A title with some serious cachet to accompany its limited availability as only 20 units of the magnum have been commercialised to date since 1966.
